What is Aprehend?

Aprehend is a natural biopesticide that was designed specifically to exterminate bed bugs. It is extremely effective for achieving a complete kill of an infestation and protecting against reinfestations. This

The fungal spores from the Aprehend will be able to infect bed bugs that they are exposed to. When the infected bed bugs return to their nest, they will be sick and pass it along to other bugs close to them. How to Prepare for Aprehend

Being properly prepared for this treatment is critical for treatment success. Here are steps and measures that you should take to prepare your home and ultimately be ready for a Bed Bug Aprehend Treatment:

1. Maintain Normal Sleeping Habits: Continue to sleep in the affected rooms as normal, to avoid sending the bugs into dormancy.
2. Declutter the Floor: Remove all clutter, including clothes, trash, and items from under the bed.
3. Box Non-Clothing Items: Place non-clothing items in a cardboard or plastic box for individual treatment.
4. Prepare Bedding: Remove all sheets, bedding, stuffed animals, and pillows from the mattress. These items should be placed in a dryer on high heat for 1 hour.
5. Leave Certain Items: Keep clean clothes in drawers and hanging in closets. Leave books on shelves.
6. Identify Non-Launderable Items: Point out items that may be infested but cannot be laundered.
7. Optional Vacuuming: Vacuum all live bugs if possible prior to treatment. This step is optional but may provide relief.

After An Aprehend Treatment

1. Avoid the Area for 4 Hours: Leave the residence for at least 4 hours after the spray is finished.
2. Do Not Disturb the Treatment: Do NOT spray over-the-counter chemicals, water, or cleaning agents on any treated surfaces. Do not wipe, dust, mop, sweep, or do anything that could disturb the product.
3. Watch for Unusual Behavior: Be aware that infected bugs may behave strangely, wandering out during the day.
